Riding DART is popular–so popular that sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park–so last April DART decided to charge riders up to $4.00 a day to park at far north light rail stations.
Charging customers to park worked like a charm and freed up lots of spaces because people like to save money and guess how they saved money?—by simply driving a little more south to the next DART stop–where it’s still free.
