Boulevardier calls itself a neighborhood bistro, but it is really a trip to the south of France. Entrees, or plats principaux, include Croque Monsieur, Bouillabaisse and Cassoulet. Each dish is filled with classic ingredients and prepared in traditional French ways.
“We are in the middle of Bishop Arts District, at a place called Boulevardier, a restaurant that opened about six months ago, and it’s a taste of Southern France right here in the middle of Dallas,” said Mike Hiller, food critic and editor of EscapeHatchDallas.com.
