About a year ago—Tonja Charba weighed more than she does today and she blames the extra weight on all the extra salt.
“Definitely there are days after you eat pizza, I mean you eat pizza the way I like to eat pizza you could be four, five pounds heavier on the scale,” Tonja added. “I mean in one day after you eat pizza.”
That’s because too much salt causes weight gain–not fat but water and if you consistently have too much salt you may constantly weigh a few extra pounds.

It's always the persons fault. She's just trying to make herself feel better. At the end of the day, what you put in your mouth is what makes you fat. She just chose to eat the wrong things.
