Will Andrews wants to play in the NFL which means he has to exercise like crazy–and to make it pay off he has to eat right–something a lot of people don’t do.
“We go over lifestyle, eating habits and they are and we go over what we can do to cut things out and make them better,” Will said.
Just like last year Will is working out and eating right at Athletes Performance in Frisco, TX. It’s where athletes come to get a leg up on the competition–Will thought he was eating right until he came here.
“I came in here last year out of college,” Will said. “I was 225 pounds and 10% body fat, and I came out 235 with 6% body fat.”
