Bill Barnett is like a lot of people who never dreamed losing weight would be so hard–every year his goal is to lose 25–but it never happened.
“I think,” Bill recalled. “The biggest issue is I didn’t have a specific plan in mind.”
Bill would eat less and exercise more—but sooner or later–usually sooner something would interrupt his mojo.
