Arlington officially has a new police chief.  Will Johnson was sworn in Monday during a ceremony at the Arlington Convention Center.  Johnson had been acting chief since former Chief Theron Bowman became Deputy City Manager last year.  In this raw video, you’ll get to see his official swearing in followed by a speech from Police Chief Will Johnson.
