Worried about streetcar construction? Well, the official detour is the Jefferson Bridge, but it will be one lane in each direction and very busy. Depending on exactly where you’re going you could use Colorado Avenue or Davis Street, also known as Highway 180, to take you to I-35 into downtown. You could also take Beckley north out of Oak Cliff to Commerce Street and take Commerce east into the city. Or if you’re farther west you can take Sylvan north to I-30. You can reverse all of those routes to get out of downtown.
