Researchers say not only is drinking water the cheapest way to lose weight, but it’s also the most effective. They found adults who drink at least two cups of water before meals lose, on average, a total of four pounds more than those who don’t. The research also suggests by just replacing an everyday beverage with water will help you feel fuller – thus reducing your calorie intake.
