Real Life “Snakes on a Plane”

Remember the cheesy “Snakes on a Plane” movie from a few years ago? That movie may not be as crazy as you think! A small, exotic snake was about to ride first class on a flight leaving from Sydney International Airport to Tokyo before it was found by Qantas staff. This small reptile kept 370 passengers grounded overnight, but Qantas was pretty cool and gave the passengers hotel rooms and a replacement flight the next day. The twist in the story – the snake wasn’t even from Australia! It apparently had arrived aboard a jet from Singapore the day before.
