Trying to lose weight? Well you can keep eating chocolate and all of your favorite candy! An online survey found 86 percent of dieters who continued to enjoy their favorite treats successfully lost weight. Nutritionists say this is consistent with previous research that showed diets centered on getting rid of food that’s bad for you are more likely to fail. The key, they say, is a more relaxed approach; that means enjoying your favorite treats, but in a smaller amount.
